Learning at Phale Sir's classes was a great experience. What helps the most is the audio-visual method of teaching because everytime you think of a concept or a process,an associated diagram comes into mind which is extremely helpful in conceptual understanding of the subject. Also the one on one interaction that Sir maintained with the class plays a keyrole in encouraging all of us to ask doubts as well as score good in tests.

Hi, I am Samiksha Ganvir Phale sir has always focused on conceptual learning. He has always created test papers for those who really understand and not mug up the topics and most importantly created an atmosphere of discussion while teaching. Sir has always put forward this idea that there is no true understanding of Biology without Chemistry, there is no true understanding of Chemistry without Physics, there is no true understanding of Physics without Mathematics and that Philosophy is the mother of all sciences. His efforts to inculcate discipline will really help me to get through these important years of my life. When the Covid 19 pandemic hit us with a nationwide lockdown, Phale sir wasted no time in shifting to online mode of teaching rather than waiting for the everlasting lockdown to lift up. "Difficult is that which can be done immediately, impossible takes a little longer" words like these from sir kept me going. And for that I have nothing but gratitude. Thank you!

Phale sir is one of the most meticulous teachers I've encountered in my academic journey. A diligent disciplinarian, an ardent educationist, and a methodical teacher, who inculcated in us a conceptual approach towards Biology rather than a factual one. Even after all these years, his Zoology lectures, especially the vivid diagrams he would painstakingly make on the board at the beginning of every class, are still fresh and relevant in my mind. 'Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher goes an old saying.

It's my honor and privilege to write down a few thoughts about you in this note and express my gratitude towards one of the most inspiring personality, one of the best Biology teachers, a powerful speaker, a motivator, a learned man who I happen to meet when I just finished my 10th standard and embarked my journey for 11th and 12th coaching.

Hi! I am Ashlesha Ganorkar, I stood first in Vidarbha in CET with a score of 198/200. This happened because of the conceptual understanding I got at Dr. Phale Medical Entrance Institute. The way of teaching through slide shows and videos helped us to understand the subject better. The diagram practice, tests, and MCQs helped me not only to score better in CET but also managed to score 100/100 in Biology.

In the words of Albert Einstein, “It is the supreme art of a teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge” That is exactly how Phale sir taught us Biology. Undoubtedly the best in his field, his curiosity, and enthusiasm about the subject are hard to miss. He helped me grow not only as a student but as an individual as well. He encouraged us to think beyond the subject matter given in traditional texts, develop a passion for scientific research and strive towards achieving the greater things in life. The days spent learning from him are now a part of my mind that I love going back to. I’m currently a third-year MBBS student at GMC Yavatmal, simultaneously working as a research intern at Harvard Medical School in the Department of Thoracic Surgery. As the youngest medical student recipient of the ‘Khorana Program for Scholars’, a research fellowship awarded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, I’m grateful to Phale sir for making me convinced about the impact of research on society early on, and for being the driving force in my success.

He taught us to become ‘Vidyarthi’ and not ‘parikhsharthi’. He has a great teaching style in which he used stuff from different sources and combined them into a simplified form that could be easily digested. Sir puts the whole heart and soul into teaching.

I had the pleasure of learning from Phale sir in 11th, 12th and medical entrance. From the first day of class, I was impressed with his ability to simplify and explain difficult concepts and topics, his passion towards the subject and methodology of teaching has my highest recommendation as a student. He is an insightful, sensitive and deeply self-aware individual driven to explore art, writing, and a deeper understanding of the human condition.

Hi! I am Nikhil Sangtani, and I am studying at Seth G. S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. I scored 645/720 in NEET 2017 and secured an AIR of 433. Phale sir has always emphasized conceptual learning and has made us believe that biology is not a subject of rote learning but a subject of sheer understanding. He has not only prepared us for NEET but has also taught us life values.

Phale Sir is the epitome of an educator. He is a good teacher not only from a knowledge point of view but also has the perfect ability to attract each and every student’s attention in his class. He can miraculously make every element of his class be a part of his aura of teaching. A man more generous and kind, though, is hard to find these days.

First of all, I am glad that I’ve got this opportunity to pen down the thoughts and appreciation I’ve always felt for the class. Hi, I am Shardul Khante, currently a 1st-year student of M.B.B.S. at Seth G. S. Medical College (KEM), Mumbai. The key to scoring well in the medical entrance exam is to study for a limited period of time but with keen INTEREST and WILLINGNESS, rather than studying for 12 hours a day wondering what is for lunch today. Sir has been the one, to light that spark of interest and curiosity in me with his classes, presentations, and notes.

Dr. Sameer Phale – An amazing educator, presenter, and performer. Dr. Phale is a highly dedicated professional. His mind-blowing approach to his subject inculcates interest in both students and other teachers. He stands to be the most recommended person for those who actually want to learn biology as his lessons reach the heart directly. Dr. Phale is a dynamic teacher, one of a kind.

To be able to do something well, its absolutely necessary to fall in love with it. I think it’s Phale sir’s love for teaching that transcends into his students’ love for biology. His teaching is a fashion in itself and I think that is exactly what draws students, who are even more capable than me, towards him. I had not joined his classes for NEET as I had my own goal of attempting Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana to enter the domain of research in basic/natural sciences. I was a rebellious student and I’m sure I caused him a few difficulties at times. But as any true teacher would do, he made my rebellion his cause. I remember that he often went beyond his schedule to help me out academically and made accommodations in regular curriculum as per my needs. Learning from him has been a great enrichment for me as a student and as a person. Even after coming out of 12th, he has been a keen supporter in all my activities.

Phale sir has changed my paradigm regarding Biology. I understood that if we get the concept, then memorizing is not much difficult. Sir’s outlook towards the syllabus thoroughly prepares us for the medical entrance exam and other exams at our level too. He makes sure that we work hard as well as smart enough by exposing us to ample quality MCQs so that we understand the topic better.
